IFSAC Written Testing Schedule:​

IFSAC Written Testing for District 6 is held on the first and third Friday of each month at 9am. And the third Wednesday of each month at 5pm.


All testing takes place at 11605 Fairmount Road, Louisville KY 40291.


Before testing, you MUST email  the proctor, Major Wayne Hodge at majorhodge@aol.com and confirm what test you will be taking. Please include your Firefighter number when you email Major Hodge. ​​

Each test costs $25.00 and MUST be paid at the time of testing.  NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ALLOWED.  Money orders are acceptable. 


All money orders should be made out to The Kentucky Fire Commission.
